Amble student swimming success takes her to the Nationals

Year 7 James Calvert Spence College(JCSC) student, Annie, recently attended the Swim England North East Regional Championships (NERS), achieving an incredible five medals over two weekends, including: Gold 1500 free, Silver 200 fly, Bronze 400IM, Bronze 400 free and Bronze in 100 fly. JCSC Students Embark on Bookshop Spree Thanks to Siobhan Dowd Trust Grant

James Calvert Spence College were lucky enough to be awarded a bookshop spree grant from The Siobhan Dowd Trust to buy books for the school library. Created in memory of children’s author, Siobhan Dowd, the trust works to give young people the opportunity to read and enjoy literature.  11 students visited the Accidental Bookshop in Alnwick …
