Euro’s ‘keepy up’ competition

Students from Year 5 – Year 10 were challenged on the break and lunch times last week to compete in our “Euros 2024 Kick up/ Keepy up competition”. The student with the most keep up’s from each year group won a Euros football.

Our winners were: Year 5- Rex with 18, Year 6- Callum with 47, Year 7 – Zane with 39, Year 8 – Jaden with 56, Year 9 – Kenzie with 213 and Year 10- Jake with 252.

Five of our six winners are pictured here with their prize football, along with some shots of our other competitors.

PE Teacher, Mrs Harrison who organised the competition said: “I’m so impressed with the turn out for the competition and that so many students joined in to have some footy fun! We had a total of 114 students taking part across the school which is fantastic. The competition was an excellent opportunity to get involved with the Euros hype and reward students for their football skills. A massive well done to our winners, they all did so well! And thank you to all the students and staff for getting involved.”
