Pupils in Years 7 & 8 took part in a Maths Challenge organised by Head of Maths, Mrs Davison with exam papers supplied from UK Mathematics Trust.
Mrs Davision explains: “The Maths Challenge is a 60 minute exam that encourages mathematical reasoning, precision of thought and fluency to make students really think about the answers. We are so proud of the pupils efforts and we hope they are all proud of themselves for this achievement.”
Pictured below Year 7 pupils: Charlotte, Nina, Katie, Jack and Jacob who all achieved Bronze and Charlie who achieved Silver.
And Year 8 winners, pupils: Tyler and Noah who achieved Silver, and, Jude, Shaun and Richard who achieved Bronze.
