Our Year 11 students enjoyed a special performance of Macbeth last week when we were visited by the Northumberland Theatre Company (NTC).
The students are studying the play in English and were able to watch a performance in school on our South Avenue stage.
The fast paced and physical performance featured original music and was told mainly from the perspective of the witches.
The adaptation explored ideas of manipulation though the media and external forces.
