On May 11th, Mr Frater, Mrs Bryce and members of the JCSC Climbing Club headed to Byker in Newcastle and took part in coached session on the indoor bouldering wall. The students showed great skill and resilience to tackle a range of different routes, moving quickly through the difficulty levels and really impressed their coach for the afternoon. Hopefully, some of the group will follow this visit up as there is definitely plenty of natural ability that could be stretched even further, well done everyone!
Climbing Club usually runs in the autumn term from September until the Christmas break.
