Our school serves the areas of Amble, Acklington, Broomhill, Hadston, Red Row, Warkworth and Widdrington.
Children residents in our area are given first choice of places at our school. If parents from outside of the area express a preference for our school, their children will be admitted if we have vacancies in the desired year group. If the year group is over-subscribed parents can appeal to the school to have their child admitted.
The school accepts all children and does not discriminate on the grounds of special educational needs, disabilities, gender, faith or ethnic group.
As a maintained school, the Local Authority manages the admissions. Further information on the process, documentation to complete and contact details for finding out more about the local authority’s admission and appeal arrangements are available on the School Admissions page of the Northumberland County Council website.
If you need to contact the Northumberland County council to find out about school admission arrangements, you can email them: schooladmissions@northumberland.gov.uk
