As Business Manager, Amy provides strategic leadership and management on all aspects of school business including HR and finance. Amy is responsible for the operational functions across the school, ensuring we have the right staff, facilities and resources to give students the best education possible. Amy is focused on continuous improvement in all aspects of the school and is passionate about working in an organisation where you can see firsthand that you’re making a difference to children’s lives.
After graduating with a First Class Honours in Business Studies, Amy began her career in the public sector working for the Strategic Health Authority where she managed junior doctor training programmes and subsequently project managed specialty training across the North East and Cumbria.
Amy is a mum to 3 energetic boys and spends most of her spare time at the side of football pitches.
