Parents/carers of current and prospective JCSC students are invited to join our whole school open evening on Thursday 11th September 4:30pm – 7:00pm.
The evening will include:
- Attend a talk from our Headteacher, Mr Andriot.
- The Deputy Headteacher, Mrs Johnson will be available to discuss; joining JCSC, Y9 Options, vocational courses and our exciting new construction and hair & beauty courses.
- Directors will be in attendance and a point of contact to discuss subjects within their directorate.
- Meet our Head of Sixth Form, Mr Moore, to talk about post-16 plans and longer career ambitions; including our T-Level and how we can support you to ‘Aim High’.
- Sixth form students will be on-hand to answer questions about option routes into sixth form and beyond, and their experiences of sixth form life.
- As one of the only schools in the county delivering T-Level courses, we are very excited to talk about how our T-Level qualifications which also include a work placement – could be an option for you/ your child.
- Opportunities to see our exciting extra-curricular activities.
- See our classroom based presentations and interactive subject-based demonstrations.
- Opportunities to talk about additional needs and pastoral support available.
- The evening will also include food from our canteen to sample and enjoy.
